I came in last night for a full head of foils and I cannot speak more highly of my experience with your team. Anna was great, she knew what I wanted and was quite quick at getting it done and I am so happy with it. Malcolm, who was on reception was just as lovely, he greeted me with a huge big smile and opened the door for me when I left - I couldn't fault him on a thing. Troy, who rinsed me off and toned my hair for me - he was just as lovely, he gave me all the good magazines to read and when we got to the basin, the water was warm and he was gentle when rinsing. Overall, I thank you very much for your excellent customer service as well as the talent in your hairdressing. I believe it is very hard to come across a team like yours. I have been through more hairdressers than you could believe and I can simply say the reason being is because they were nothing of what your team are. We pay alot of money to get our hair done and when dealing with a team like the hair room, it makes every penny worth it. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising and I will certainly be 
recommending friends of mine to you. Keep up the great work - you stand out!
