Confirmation Of Appointments
Confirmation of appointments are sent via SMS at 9am two days before your appointment. Regrettably, we will be forced to cancel unconfirmed appointments, so please respond to our SMS confirmations or give us a call the day before to confirm. If you wish to change your booking please have the courtesy of calling us 2 days before.

Unfortunately in this day & age with the ever rising costs of rent, wages & products, we cannot allow appointments to not be filled. Due to this & many other reasons The Hair Room will now be charging clients a 25% service fee of the service they were originally booked in for, which will be added to their next bill, should we not receive 24 hours notice of cancellation. This is common practice for professionals such as doctors/specialists/dentists/personal trainers etc. We obviously understand some situations cannot be helped but have found in the past some clients canceling with little notice or not even turning up to their appointments. Please call us if you need to change or cancel a booking.
I’m On My Way, I’m Just Running Late
At The Hair Room one thing we take pride in is that we don’t keep you waiting to be attended to and you are never left alone in the salon for an extended period of time. We have been told by many of our clients this is one of the many reasons why they enjoy coming to see us. To continue offering this well received service we need your help & a little understanding. We run appointments to a generous schedule & allow 1 hour (for Ladies) & 45 mins (for Men) for a consultation, shampoo, style cut & finish. Straight after this our next appointment is booked in whether it to be to do another cut or colour. If you are late we become late for the next person which is simply not fair. Due to the high expectation of our clients, If you are 15 minutes late or more we will have to re-schedule your appointment to a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to accommodate you, please remember all we ask is that you stick to your designated appointment time or give us ample notice to re-book. Clients running late have often created difficulties when all we want to do is give you & everyone else the best service, cut & colour possible. Please help us to offer this to all of our clients & maintain an efficient & friendly salon which offers the best in service & professionalism.
